How is Delta’s custard powder made? its made with Corn Starch, Custard Flavor and Food Colors E102 & E110, and occasionally, thickened with starch powder or egg proteins.

The consistency depends mainly on the number of eggs or starch powder,  the type of milk or cream and the cooking way.

it comes in Packed and sealed in laminated aluminum side seal pouches/ sachets with 100% pure Nitrogen.
