Delta Food Industries opened its new Quality Control Laboratory today with Mr Shiraz Daud Osman and Mr Ali Parpinchi cutting the ribbon while Madame Thushara Sara Mathew, QC Manager assisted.
The new laboratory is equipped with modern equipment for Chemical and Microbiological Analysis of raw materials received and finished products. QC also conducts physical inspection during the production phase to make sure all safety and hygiene standards are met.
The Quality Control Department plays a very important role in ensuring that all the products are safe for human consumption and the process of production conforms to the established regulations of the certifying agencies such as the HACCP, ISO and HALAL.
Delta Food Industries FZC demands the highest standard of quality in every product that rolls out of the production lines. This standard has propelled the company into becoming one of the leading food and beverage manufacturing companies in the region.
More products are expected to come out on the market when the Dairy Production Line is completed. The Engineering Department is committed to finishing the installation of the new machinery within the year. Mr Shiraz is optimistic that Delta Food Industries FZC will continue being a key player in the food processing industry in the years to come.
